Technical preservation of concrete
It consists of developing a complete protection system for a reinforced concrete structure. This process starts from the concrete mix to extending its useful life. It allows for completely watertight structures that do not require traditional waterproofing systems, protecting the reinforcements against sulfates and chlorides that affect them from within the concrete.

Tanking System
The monitoring we carry out on our projects, before, during and after, allows us to guarantee the total preservation of the concrete from the inside. Its protection against the attack of chlorides and sulfates that cause carbonation of the concrete and its rapid deterioration.
The technology we implement to protect concrete includes crystallization additives, the correct treatment of joints with solid systems between them that guarantee the total watertightness of the system, as well as the treatment of the elements that pass through the concrete (tubes and pipes), and finally a careful concreting process (formwork, vibration and curing). Additionally, we guarantee the total watertightness of the structure, making the concrete completely waterproof, dispensing with other traditional waterproofing systems. The aim is to avoid solutions such as constant drainage and double walls when building concrete walls against the ground, whether or not there is a water table.
